Basic Rate                  HWD      $57.00                                              FR CRK     $77.00                        

Water Use Charges:       0-1000 CF @  $1.20 per each 100 CF                 1.20

                               1001-1500 CF @  $2.20 per each 100 CF                  2.20

                               1501-2200 CF @  $2.50 per each 100 CF                  2.50

                               2201-3000 CF @  $2.85 per each 100 CF                  2.85

                               3001+       CF @  $3.20 per each 100 CF                  3.20

Late Payment Fee:      $5.00 After 20 days from date of billing and monthly until current on all bills

Delinquent Accounts:   Accounts disconnected for non-payment will be charged a fee of $25.00.

                                  All fees/charges must be paid prior to reinstatement of service.

NSF Fee:                    Current bank fee plus 20% administrative charge.

New Account Set Up Fee:                 $25.00

Handling fee for changing ownership:  $10.00

 

HWD Hookup Fees
Capital Construction Fee:			$ 10,600.00		Local Facilities		$2000.00	(effective
					General Facilities		$8600.00	10/1/2009)
Meter Charges:			$ 750.00	3/4" meter
			$ 1,000.00	1" meter
There is a minimum charge of $750.00 to move a meter from one location to another.
Request for service above 1 inch and/or commercial use must be approved by the Board of
Commissioners and will be priced at that time.
Friar Creek Hookup Fees
General Facilities Fee:			$ 1,000.00
Local Facilities Fee:			$11,298.00			Once Local Facility is paid the
Meter Charges:			$ 750.00	3/4" meter		basic rate is $20.00 per month.
			$ 1,000.00	1" meter		Usage rates are the same as in
						the classes set above.
